founders day 2024

Hi ABCers

Following on from the Founders Day show last week below are some pictures of the day that I have collected togther. It was great to see everybody again this year and meet some new acquaintances and machines. A special thanks to Kate for the cake which was lovely and I should also say that Kate's "Busy Bee" tri-car was also on the stand and received alot of interest all day. 

The first picure is of the impressive line up of ABC machines present on the day.


Neil H brought his ABC Mkii engine along and here we see it being inspected by Ian and Giovanni. 


It was amazing to see the number of ABC tee shirts on display this year. It almost makes us look like a real club! (the picture is courtesy of Derek H and with photography by Kate)


NC was shown off again this year in the ring with AU following just behind. (picture by Kate)


The last picture is of Alex on his newly aquired machine, XL. Earlier in the day Tony and Paul had managed to get XL up and running with which meant that Alex was able to take his first ride on an ABC. Once up and down the entrance drive to Stamford Hall and then straight into the ring to show off like a true ABCer! (picture by Kate)
