Brooklands motorcycle events in 2024 - dates was created by Dabney
Dates for your diary - Brooklands are organising two motorcycle specific events in 2024
Sunday 17th March - Sunbeam 100 years, celebration of veteran and vintage motorcycles
Sunday 7th July - Motorcycle Day, with events on test hill and the track
Another special day occurs next week on 13th January, as it will have been 110 years since Emerson's flying kilometer and mile record was set on an ABC at Brooklands on the outer circuit. Emerson was the first rider to offically exceed 80 mph on a half-litre machine.
Hope to see you on your ABC's
best wishes
Ian

Brooklands Bike Day, 7.7.24
Last year's event was well-supported by ABCs, with six Sopwiths, a Skootamota, and George's racing car. All because we were given free entry?
This year, the Brooklands management is less generous...the best they are offering is three free tickets for 'setting-uppers', and concessionary tickets at £19.70, provided that there is a minimum of five entries.
Over to you...
Please let me know on pybeat@gmail.com ASAP, to see if we can meet the minimum requirement. Paul Button.
