Hi there Neil,
To be honest, I have no idea if they’re Skootamota or not.
I was hoping someone would be able to clarify.
Bore is 60mm (approx)
It has been indicated that barrels and pistons may be unfinished.
Maybe from the factory liquidation all those years ago.
I slightly go with the unfinished theory, as the cast iron pistons are really tight. Honing out to fit would be imperative. Could be useful to hone to whatever pistons people have on their bikes
Either way, the barrels are rather splendid.
Could the barrels be off an aeroplane?
Can Anyone else confirm?

There are many unfinished parts on the market of when a model stopped, if these barrels don't have threads at the top but to big holes than it was a drilling mistake as reason for not finishing.
