ABC V 2 on Auction

Hello, I saw this motorcycle at an auction in Italy that ended on December 5th, 2024 (auction house ``ASTE BOLAFFI``), lot number 63, the motorcycle was sold. My question: Does anyone know this type ABC with a V 2 engine? So far I only knew the type with a boxer engine, does anyone know more about it? Regards Wolfgang

HelloI’m the (lucky?) owner of the V2For this reason i found and got in touch with yr siteFrame nr 2758 Gearbox (Gnome et Rhone 1920) 2758 (same)  engine nr 748The bike on my opinion does not appear home made as everything matches perfectly, starting fm the group engine/clutch/(inlet overhead/side Exh.)There is only one frame  tube connection between the steering head and the saddle as the V 2 engine needs more space in  heightSo the tank is semiflat (no frame tube upside) and appears at higher level on the bikeWhen it came home i found a stuck broken fuel petcock (now replaced) , the oil manual pump is missing the retaining spring (i’m trying to built a new one, not easy job…)The actual carb (amal 4 with bings marked float chambre top) has been mounted by using tin sheet as inlet tube (front appr 1928, rear mid 30s)The tank is quite dirty inside with traces of a wrong inner treatment, so i have not jet tried to run , no other photos: maybe i bought a phantom….unknown bike?Anybody’s help in getting infos very very appreciatedAnybody curious: i’m at yr disposalAndrea/Torino (Italy)

Your bike is a mystery to many. Would you be able to share some pictures of the engine and maybe comment on the previous post about it having a Swiss engine?

On the petroltank you will see airpump supports but you cann't fit the pump becouse of the oilregulator.
