Fantastic, any more information?
Clearly UK with a two letter two digit registration and the two sidecars are ingenious.

Most interesting picture of a modified Skoota! As can be seen the registration number appears to be something like 'XB 33' although th second letter is somewhat obscure. The London County Council issued 'XA' in January 1920, but that second letter doesn't appear to be an 'A'. XB followed in April, XC in June, in July and XE in September 1920. XF was January 1921, XH March and XK January 1922, by which time it is unlikely that many 'new' Skootamotas would be registered. For the sake of completeness, XG was Middlesborogh c.1928, XI Belfast c.1921, and XJ Manchester c.1930, so I think the last three can be discounted either for the letter shape or dat of issue.
I wonder what those side-pods were made out of; barely large enough for the occupants, and must have been a nightmare to steer.

The registration is either XC33 or XG33 which means it is likely to be XC in June 1920 as 1928 is far too late. The street scene looks like London with a tarmacked carriageway and wide footway and high kerb. This would be one of the first of the production machines so is likely to have been made for publicity purposes. The sidecars are beautifully engineered and even have screens although the attachment tubes are small diameter this was not a problem as the children are small. There are even sidelights on each side of the chairs. It looks as though the picture was taken when the machine was in motion as there is no evidence of a prop despite it being a staged arrangement including the man in the flat cap.
